We are planning to update the server software in the following schedule:

Sep 10th (Fri) 15:00 - Sep 17th (Fri) 15:00, 2021 (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9)

During the software update, the refTSS interface is not available although you can download files.

refTSS: reference transcription start site

The refTSS is an annotated reference dataset for transcriptional start sites (TSS) in human and mouse. The dataset is generated by collecting, reprocessing and assembling various public resources.
