The latest version of the refTSS dataset is v3.3.

v3.3 (2021-8-19)

The release is for a bug fix. In the pervious release, the file format of TATA-box annotation files were unintentionally changed. It is fixed to be the same columns as ones in v3.1.

v3.2 (2021-7-21)

The release is for minor updates, in which several annotation files are updated based on the latest public resources, and add a new data object for easily handling the refTSS data in the R environment.

The release is for minor updates, in which several annotation files are updated based on the latest public resources, and add a new columns in the TSS positions (BED files).

v3.0 (2018-12-31)

The release is for major updates. We revised the TSS sets both in human and mouse for filtering out unreliable TSSs. Based on the revised TSS sets, we updated the annotation files.
